Most families complete the process from initial tour to confirmed start date in two to four weeks. Here is exactly how it works.
Authentic Montessori is a serious educational commitment. Our admissions process is designed to be respectful of your time, transparent about what comes next, and rigorous in matching the right child to the right classroom community.
01
Schedule and complete an in-person tour, required for every prospective family. Tours run weekly during the morning work cycle and last approximately 45 minutes.
02
After your tour, you receive an application packet (digital or print, your choice). Complete and submit the application along with the application fee.
03
Our admissions team reviews each application individually, schedules a child observation visit if appropriate, and notifies families of the decision within one to two weeks.
04
If accepted, you complete the enrollment package and pay the deposit to confirm your child’s seat for the upcoming term.
05
Before your child starts, attend a brief parent orientation covering classroom routines, drop-off and pickup logistics, and the rhythm of the Montessori day.
06
Your child joins their classroom community. Authentic Montessori environments are designed to absorb new children gradually, with intentional support during their transition.
Once you decide to apply, the following documents are required to complete enrollment. The full checklist is also provided with your application packet, and our admissions team is available to walk you through each requirement.
Cedar Park Montessori shares specific tuition figures during your in-person tour so we can match the right schedule to your family.
