Inquisitive minds, highly fertile imaginations and a boundless need for discovery are what typically characterize Elementary-aged children. They are ready to expand their understanding beyond the rudimentary and concrete. They want to exploit their imaginations — education’s exquisite learning tool. Elementary students begin investigating the world around them, with a keen focus on nature and society.
Our curriculum spans all the core subjects: Math, language, geography, geometry, the sciences, history, sociology, government, art, music, foreign languages and other disciplines. Our interdisciplinary program also includes additional enrichment subjects such as culinary skills, specialized subjects, research projects, community service projects and field trips — all of which play an integral part in the curriculum.
In addition, important healthy living habits such as record-keeping and time-management help our children develop appropriate accountability and responsibility in study and work.
Our Elementary curriculum meets State guidelines for each grade level, all while fostering high academic standards to facilitate advanced learning.
